Minor variations in fabric texture, print placement, color tone, or finishing may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel an order when necessary.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an applicable refund will be processed.

Product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Any applicable shipping charges or additional fees will be communicated during the ordering process.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

We may contact you to verify your order, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders.

An order may be cancelled or declined if:

  • The product is unavailable.

  • The information provided is incomplete or incorrect.

  • We suspect fraudulent activity.

  • Delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

  • A pricing or technical error has occurred.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations in Pakistan.

For COD orders, customers may be contacted by phone or WhatsApp for order confirmation.

Repeated refusal, cancellation after dispatch, or failure to accept COD parcels may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

7. Shipping

Orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, weather, holidays, public events, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Unstitched fabric that has been cut, washed, stitched, altered, or used may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Delivery address

  • City

  • Email address where applicable

IBRAHIM COLLECTION is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
